Our pathways were similarly aligned for a time many many years ago,
so it is auspicious to find you now
on this gentle grounded pathway between sunlight and shade
calling us onward and upward into the future.
A strange and wonderfully circuitous journey has arrived where the long ago past reconnects with itself in the future and smiles. Great to reconnect with you Ken.
The pathway here seems not unique,
resembling as it does similar paths
across the continent of this northern hemisphere,
including the ones that led
into the forest from our schoolyard,
but with eyes open
in lingering shutter speeds,
we would encounter the “strange” and the “timeless”
in visionary journeys onward.
