If you upload the video to your YouTube channel you can embed the video on your blog here from there. Put your video on YouTube then publish it on YouTube then click Share, copy the link and put that link in your post on WordPress and it should embed. It’s kind of a pain unless your WP site is an upgraded one where video is supported right from your computer.
I don’t make too many videos so I go the YouTube route when I do want to upload one here.
