yield their colors to bare branches,
winter and juncos.
A few Dark-eyed Juncos stay around all year, but they are always at higher elevations. When the weather gets colder and winter is coming, that’s when the Juncos start appearing at my place.
Adventures, Animals and Images 
A lovely sighting! I’ve seen them in the higher elevations while birding lately. I’ve never had one in my yard while living here.
