Two hearts are as one

Did this hike with my hiking buddy, Mary.  Elevation gain is 1666 feet in 2.7 miles.

Today hiked eight miles

I need to take a shower

The shortest of nights

Spring winds have turned the star-wheel

Summer’s upon us

Dynamic storm clouds

Moisture for a thirsty land

With wet feet I walk

Colorado Trail

Winding upwards through green woods

Cool truckin’ on snow.

Plants, flowers, birds, bees

Loving rain in my garden

Rejoice! The Earth breathes.

Make these bright vivid colors

Beauty by small things

Personal hand prints

Shout across the centuries

To flute player’s tune.

A mountain portal
