That’s a lovely haiku! I’m going to share it with #1 Grandson and Big Baby Boy if you don’t mind. We’ve been sharing winter poetry recently, and a bit of pirate poetry as well. #1 Grandson has discovered pirates while researching and studying the American Revolutionary War. 😃 Yesterday Big Baby Boy shared Pirate Don Durk of Dowdee by Mildred Plew Meigs. Oh, what a fun and lyrical poem for a boy of 10 and big kids too. 😉
