I have one non stick pan which I use pretty much exclusively for eggs. If I can get my damaged wrist to work I can flip the eggs sans breaking the yolk. When it’s cold my wrist aches so I do more scrambled then.
Sorry to hear about your damaged wrist. That is one excellent non-stick pan that you have. I buy what are advertised as non-stick pans and they still stick.

I mostly make omelets. If I try to do “over easy” I usually will break the yoke.
