100 years from now, will there be a glacier in Glacier Bay? Already, they disappear elsewhere. Should they disappear, this photo would become a precious document of a former era.

Yes, when I was there a number of years ago, the glaciers had retreated a great distance (miles? meters? I am not sure) from when John Muir was there.
